Dieser suchte in den 40er-Jahren nach einer Alternative f\u00fcr Milchschaum. Kondensmilch war zu dieser Zeit schwer zu bekommen und fehlte somit oftmals, um den herk\u00f6mmlichen Kaffee zu verfeinern. Somit kam Giang auf die Idee, diese mit Eigelb zu strecken. Das Getr\u00e4nk, welches also eigentlich eher aus der Not heraus entstand, war so erfolgreich, dass Giang sogar seinen Job aufgab und sein eigenes Caf\u00e9 namens \u201eCaf\u00e9 Giang\u201c er\u00f6ffnete.
