In unserem Test \u00fcber die Baristaeigenschaften von veganen bzw. vegetarischen Milchalternativen haben wir den Oatly Haferdrink untersucht und verkostet. Er schmeckt leicht s\u00fc\u00df, l\u00e4sst sich aber schlecht aufsch\u00e4umen. Wir haben getestet, wie er sich zusammen mit Kaffee als Cappuccino schl\u00e4gt und herausgefunden was ihn ausmacht.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8220;DER HAFERDRINK IN DER VERKOSTUNG \u2013 UNSERE ERGEBNISSE&#8220; use_theme_fonts=&#8220;yes&#8220;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>In unserer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aromatico.de\/coffeeworld\/coffee\/vegan-ernaehren-pflanzendrinks-im-cappuccino-test\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Blindverkostung (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Blindverkostung<\/a>\u00a0haben unsere Tester den Haferdrink zun\u00e4chst optisch sowie nach Geruch und Geschmack bewertet. Bei unserer Blindverkostung wussten die Teilnehmer nicht, welchen Pflanzendrink sie probieren und bewerten mussten. Optisch stellten wir beim Haferdrink eine gelbliche bis gr\u00e4uliche F\u00e4rbung fest. Der Geruch war neutral. Geschmacklich erinnerte uns der Drink tats\u00e4chlich an Getreide und war leicht s\u00fc\u00df. Die Konsistenz war eher cremig\/dickfl\u00fcssig. Die Baristaeigenschaften des Haferdrinks waren m\u00e4\u00dfig. Unser Barista\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/elitebarista.de\/?hl=de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Ali (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Ali<\/a>\u00a0hat trotz seiner langen Erfahrung keinen Schaum aus dem Oatly Haferdrink herauskitzeln k\u00f6nnen. Der Milchschaum war sehr grobporig und extrem d\u00fcnn. Wir konnten eine Schaumdicke von 0,7 cm messen. Die Messung der Standfestigkeit des Schaums war nicht m\u00f6glich, denn im Zeitverlauf haben wir keine Ver\u00e4nderung festgestellt: wo nichts ist, kann nichts kaputt gehen. Als Cappuccino in Kombination mit unserem Espresso wirkte der Haferdrink flach und bitter. Durch den dominanten Eigengeschmack des Drinks wurde der Kaffee \u00fcbert\u00f6 nt. Insgesamt harmonierte dieser Drink mit dem Kaffee nicht so gut, auch die Textur war eher w\u00e4ssrig. Als n\u00e4chstes wird der Hafer zermahlen und mit Wasser sowie Enzymen vermischt. Durch den Zusatz der Enzyme wird die Haferst\u00e4rke zu Maltose, einem Zweifachzucker, abgebaut, weshalb der entstehende Drink leicht s\u00fc\u00df schmeckt. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt wird die Hafer-Wasser-Masse gefiltert. Dem so entstandenen Haferdrink werden eventuell noch weitere Zutaten wie Vitamine, \u00d6l oder Zusatzstoffe beigef\u00fcgt.
