Unten mit Milch gef\u00fcllt und von einer cremigen, karamellfarbenden Kaffeeschicht getoppt, ein echter Hingucker. Kein Wunder dass diese Form des Kaffees aus Korea so beliebt ist, denn auch seine Zubereitung ist recht simpel. Wie er gelingt und was die besondere Geschichte dieses Getr\u00e4nks ist, k\u00f6nnt ihr in diesem Artikel lesen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8220;DALGONA KAFFEE: DIE GESCHICHTE DES S\u00dcSSEN GETR\u00c4NKS&#8220; use_theme_fonts=&#8220;yes&#8220;][vc_column_text]Benannt wurde der Dalgona Kaffee nach einer koreanischen S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit, die an Toffeebohnen erinnert. Viele Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen der S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit die es auf den Stra\u00dfenm\u00e4rkten\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Korea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Koreas<\/a> zu kaufen gibt und dem leckeren Getr\u00e4nk gibt es jedoch nicht. Nur die Farbe erinnert an die klebrige S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit. Auf die Idee das Getr\u00e4nk Dalgona zu nennen, soll der koreanische Schauspieler Jung II-Woo gekommen sein. Er entdeckte das Getr\u00e4nk in einem Caf\u00e9 und stellte es im Fernsehen als Dalgona Kaffee vor, da es ihn an die ber\u00fchmte S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit erinnerte. Die cremige Schicht besteht zu gleichen Teilen aus  Instantkaffee, Zucker und hei\u00dfem Wasser. F\u00fcr jeden Kaffeeliebhaber ein absolutes No-Go!
