AeroPress
Aerobie Inc., the maker of the AeroPress coffee maker, originally rose to success by developing sports toys. Founder Alan Adler has expanded his product line over the years and ventured into the household goods category in 2005 with the AeroPress coffee maker. He studied the coffee brewing process extensively to find out which variables affect the taste of the brewed coffee. After finding out all the requirements for making the ideal coffee, he designed the manual coffee press that met all of these requirements.
Ease of use combined with individual results
The AeroPress is made in the USA and brews American-style coffee using a filtration process. Given all the ideal conditions, it easily optimizes all brewing variables. The result is a rich, flavorful coffee with little bitterness and low acidity. The length of the brewing time and the temperature of the water being poured affect the amount of bitterness produced. This is how the AeroPress has earned the excellent reviews for the delicious taste of the coffee it brews.

Not only the price but also its user-friendliness and the speed of cleaning are convincing. It is often used in the home kitchen and is also suitable for use when traveling because it is very light, compact and durable. Nowadays, the AeroPress is a favorite among coffee lovers. By changing the adjusting screws, it offers an individual taste experience with a full-bodied result in a short brewing time. The finer the coffee is ground, the harder it is to press down the piston.
Hardly any bitter substances get into the coffee, as the aromatic substances can be released more quickly than with coarse grinding. For a very special result, we recommend switching from the classic to the inverse preparation method. With this brewing method, the coffee maker is set up the other way round, i.e. the Aeropress is placed with the filter side facing upwards.
