TUSCANY: a land characterized by culture and traditional flavors. The GM Caffè coffee roasting company was founded 50 years ago in the Tuscan towns of Montepulciano and Sarteano and is now based in Pienza, the heart of Val d'Orcia. The artisan company follows a long tradition based on a passion for coffee. The coffee blends are composed of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans from equatorial countries such as Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Puerto Rico.
Traditional coffee roasting
The process of coffee roasting follows an original, centuries-old tradition. GM Caffè's roasts are among the last coffee specialties that are still traditionally roasted with oak wood. The beans cool in the air while constantly moving, and the attention to detail creates the rich and unmistakable aroma of GM coffees.

The blends from the GM coffee roastery are intended exclusively for lovers of traditional coffee flavors. They are sold both nationally and internationally and are highly regarded around the world. The result of the complex roasting process is a low-acid and delicious premium coffee that offers coffee lovers all kinds of taste surprises.
