Elegant Espresso

Only 100% Arabica beans from South America and Central Africa are used for the Kimbo Barista capsules. Roasted particularly gently and in a typical Neapolitan manner, the Barista capsules produce a very elegant and fine espresso coffee. A blend that has been perfected by a perfect balance between different notes of fresh flowers and subtle hints of roasted aromas. Particularly balanced and roasted a little darker in the traditional southern Italian style, the Barista blend is perfect for any time of day.

A Neapolitan coffee roastery

The Kimbo roastery is a Neapolitan coffee roaster that has now become known beyond Italy's borders for its high-quality blends. The roastery was founded in 1963 under the original name Cafè do Brasil, and was quickly renamed Kimbo. The roastery's passion for the unique coffee lies in the tradition of Naples. The Neapolitans' relationship with coffee is so close that they do not speak of interest in the cult drink, but of love. Kimbo tries to combine this in each individual blend and make it accessible to its customers.
