GINA Smart and App

In order to make the most of the GINA coffee maker's diverse features, a scale has been integrated into the base. This can be connected to the smartphone and the GINA app via Bluetooth. The app allows you to monitor the most important parameters for optimal extraction at a glance. The app also offers user-friendly step-by-step brewing instructions.

Three in One

A special feature of the GINA is the precision valve. This allows precise control of the flow rate. When completely closed, the coffee can brew longer in the filter holder. This full immersion brewing method allows the coffee to develop stronger aromas and a stronger body. When slightly opened, cold drip recipes can be prepared, with the coffee powder in the cold drip module being positioned below the filter holder filled with ice water. Finally, the valve also allows precise control of the flow rate when preparing pour overs.

The GINA coffee maker from GOAT Story is a multi-purpose brewer that rethinks coffee brewing and combines many useful functions. GINA enables the preparation of pour over, full immersion, or cold brew recipes with just one device and looks good too. The filter holder is made of ceramic and has slats on the inside so that the filter paper does not stick to the edge. The frame is made of robust steel and the carafe is made of high-quality borosilicate glass.
