Inside the heat-resistant glass carafe is a plastic reservoir that's filled with ice cubes before brewing. The V60 dripper, fitted with a size 02 filter, is then placed on top, and the coffee is brewed using the traditional pour-over method. The ice cubes melt, and the coffee in the carafe is quickly cooled to a refreshing temperature. Of course, you can also remove the inner chamber and brew classic filter coffee.
