A technical revolution in the entry-level segment

Eureka has packed a wide range of technical highlights into this handcrafted grind-on-demand grinder. The most important thing is the perfect grind, as every coffee bean requires a different setting. A dial on the Eureka Mignon Classico is responsible for the continuous, micrometric grind adjustment. All that's missing is information about the optimal grind for your coffee beans, so nothing stands in the way of enjoying your coffee. The advantage of the dial over the classic threaded ring on other grinders is that it allows for easy cleaning of the grinder without having to change the grind setting.

Anti-electrostatic system

The Eureka Mignon Classico is a grind-on-demand grinder, meaning it freshly grinds the coffee beans into the portafilter. If needed, the integrated timer can automatically grind the coffee grounds at a desired time. The grinder is equipped with a 50 mm burr for optimal grinding results. The permanently mounted metal fork allows hands-free operation and facilitates working with the portafilter. If the coffee grounds are to be ground into a container rather than a portafilter, the fork can be easily removed. Thanks to the anti-electrostatic system (ACE), clumping of the coffee grounds is now a thing of the past. Electrostatic charging of the ground coffee is now also a problem of the past.
