The Eureka Mignon Perfetto is ideal for discerning home baristas as well as small offices. The integrated 50 mm burr grinder delivers consistently excellent results and can be continuously adjusted to your desired grind size. The name says it all: the Perfetto produces perfect grind results for both espresso and filter coffee brewing methods!

The Eureka Mignon Perfetto's built-in timer can be intuitively controlled via its display. This allows for easy switching between single and double espresso shots, as well as faster adjustment to new beans compared to the traditional timer calibration via a screw. The integrated 4-point mounting of the grinder minimizes noise and allows for easy removal of the grinder for cleaning without having to readjust the grind setting. The digital control enables precise and flexible adjustment of the grinding times down to a tenth of a second. The grinding process can also be controlled manually. A push button below the chute allows for convenient starting and stopping of the grinding process with a portafilter. The hands-free portafilter fork provides a convenient place for the portafilter during grinding and can be removed if needed.
