Great design with easy operation
The Eureka Mignon Specialita espresso and coffee grinder features a continuously adjustable 55mm steel burr grinder. This high-quality grinder is made of aluminum and boasts a modern design. Operation is very simple. The timer can be controlled either mechanically on the side or via the high-quality touchscreen display. The removable bean hopper, with a capacity of up to 300 grams, is larger than those of other Mignon models.
Quiet, precise, and individually adjustable
The Mignon Specialita allows for very precise grind adjustment. The 55 mm burr grinder is mounted beneath a fixed grinding ring, and a rotary knob on the top of the housing allows for grind size selection. This design also makes the grinder very easy to clean. The grinding process is very quiet. The portafilter fork is height-adjustable and compatible with portafilters from 2.5 to 5 cm in diameter.
Simply make your own selection via touchscreen
The digital timer allows you to program the amount of coffee grounds. Two different dosages can be saved and then selected via the touchscreen. The grinding time can also be set. With the coarsest grind setting, the Mignon Specialita is also suitable for filter coffee, such as with a French press.
