The Eureka Mignon Manuale is a classic espresso grinder designed for on-demand operation. As long as the bean hopper is sufficiently filled with coffee or espresso beans, the grinder is activated by a switch located below the chute. The portafilter should be pressed against this switch until the desired amount of espresso grounds is dispensed. For adjusting the grind size, Eureka has equipped the Mignon Manuale with its proven stepless and precise system using a small rotary knob. An espresso grinder couldn't be simpler. Inside, a powerful 260-watt motor with 1350 revolutions per minute, working in conjunction with the 50 mm hardened steel burr grinder, ensures adequate grinding performance. Thanks to Eureka's Silent Technology, the grinder remains remarkably quiet. Due to its comparatively low speed, the Mignon Manuale is one of the quietest grinders in the Eureka range.
