With the Espresso Mexico, the Passalacqua roastery will delight even the most demanding coffee fan. The Torrefazione Passalacqua has been roasting coffee in Naples for more than 70 years, where espresso has cult status. The result is a fine coffee blend in Mexico, consisting of beans from six different Mexican growing regions. The blend has a harmonious taste and has little acidity due to the dark roast. The blend also has a full body and a low to medium caffeine content.

The gentle and slow roasting, during which the beans spend a lot of time in the roasting drum, brings out the unique taste of the fine coffee beans. The roasting process removes the skin of the coffee beans so that they have more taste and aroma. The carefully selected Arabica beans give the coffee a full-bodied and long-lasting taste.
