Where do the beans come from?

The Arabica beans come from ten select growing regions worldwide, including Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and other high-altitude areas of renowned coffee origins. Each variety is roasted individually to develop its full aromatic potential.

100% Arabica. Exclusively hand-picked, wet-processed premium Arabica beans of exceptional quality.

How is the coffee roasted?

Gently roasted by variety according to southern Italian tradition. After roasting, the beans are given a resting period before being packaged to preserve their aroma. The strong roast results in a slightly oily surface – typical of high-quality Neapolitan espressos.

How does the espresso taste?
