The Vesuvio coffee blend from the Neapolitan roastery Passalacqua is as strong and impressive as Vesuvius. Just 9 kilometers from the crater rim of Vesuvius, the traditional Passalacqua company roasts its coffee beans - and has been doing so for over 70 years. As is often the case in Italy, the company is owned by a family that is dedicated to roasting coffee beans with love and passion.

From high altitudes of the world to the Gulf of Naples

For its typical Neapolitan Vesuvio coffee, Torrefazione Passalacqua only uses beans from the finest growing regions in the world, such as Ethiopia, Jamaica, Colombia, Brazil, Java and Vietnam. The Miscela Passalacqua Vesuvio consists of 55% Arabica and 45% Robusta beans. The Arabica beans come from five different origins.

Balanced aroma, lots of fire

A full, harmonious aroma, little acidity and plenty of body - that's what characterizes the fine Passalacqua Vesuvio coffee blend. The espresso is very dominant in taste at the beginning, but is pleasantly mild in the finish.
