Manaresi
Tradition and passion are the most important values of the Manaresi roastery. The recipes for the exceptional coffee date back to 1898. In the spring of 1898, Alessandro Manaresi founded the Manaresi roastery. While strolling through the city center of Florence, he realized that there was no coffee nearby that he considered unique and special.

Manaresi: Important part of the city of Florence
The Manaresi roastery has been an integral part of the city of Florence since its foundation. The coffee is roasted and sold on Via De' Lamberti, next to the church of Orsanmichele. The adjoining café is traditionally decorated in bronze, with mirrors and precious woods. Every Florentine knows the inimitable aroma and taste and keeps its memory in both their heart and on their tongue. In honor of the city of Florence, Michelangelo's David is depicted on the roastery's packaging. The first monumental statue of the High Renaissance is considered one of the most famous sculptures in art history.

Traditional coffee blends with passion
The traditional coffee blends "Manaresi Miscela Oro" or "Manaresi Super Bar Brown" have always been created with the same care and rigor. For this coffee, the best coffee varieties in the world are selected and roasted with the same passionate dedication in traditional roasting machines: in small quantities and using traditional methods under the careful control of human experience, which can never be replaced by machines. The traditional blend Miscela Oro is now also available as Manaresi decaffinato. An excellent coffee experience without any caffeine!

Quality and absolute freshness
The only concessions to modern times that the roastery has made are a packaging technique that preserves the aroma and the dynamism and flexibility of production and sales. The traditional standards are of course maintained. The high quality of the espresso beans and the art of roasting result in an extremely tasty and unmistakably well-rounded coffee. Caffè Manaresi is an authentic Italian coffee that remains true to all traditions to this day.

What is Manaresi?
Manaresi is an Italian, family-owned coffee roastery from Florence with a long tradition. Founded in 1898 by Alessandro Manaresi, the roastery has stood for more than a century for aromatic, well-balanced blends of Arabica and Robusta beans, specifically developed for classic Italian espresso preparation.
Is Manaresi coffee good?
Yes. Manaresi coffees are regarded as high-quality, aromatic espresso blends. They are crafted to deliver a stable, creamy crema and a well-rounded flavor profile. Especially when prepared as a classic Italian espresso, Manaresi blends impress with their balance of sweetness, body, and spice—without being overly bitter or acidic.
What is Manaresi Super Bar Brown?
Manaresi Super Bar Brown is an espresso blend made from 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans. Its flavor is chocolaty, harmonious, and full-bodied, while subtle fruity notes add additional depth. The crema is dense and stable, thanks to the Robusta content.
What is Manaresi Rosso?
Manaresi Rosso, also known as Classic Italian Red, is a strong espresso blend consisting of at least 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta beans. Its taste is bold, rich, and well-balanced, with roasted notes pushing acidity into the background. A thick, persistent crema completes the flavor profile.
