Compact single-circuit system

The Puristika from ECM is equipped with a professional Faema E61 brewing group. The temperature is controlled via PID control. To support the brewing of the perfect espresso, the compact single-circuit portafilter machine is full of innovative technology.

pressure profiling

A display is used to monitor the flow time of the brewing water. In addition, the current pump pressure of the vibration pump can be read off a pressure gauge and even changed during extraction using a small rotary dial. This so-called pressure profiling is usually only available on large dual boiler machines and allows a wide range of influences on the extraction results.

A special eye-catcher: the external water tank

A steam wand has been omitted, so that the high-quality housing is particularly space-saving. The water tank is located outside the housing and is connected using high-quality stainless steel hoses. The stainless steel brewing kettle is insulated and holds around 750 ml. The Puristika takes around 12 minutes to heat up.
