The No. 1 Vellutato consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The blend is particularly impressive due to its intense aroma and spicy aftertaste. The velvety crema is also particularly noteworthy. The bitter substances are removed from the coffee through a gentle roasting process in the rotating drum. This gives the Pellini No. 1 Vellutato a harmoniously mild taste. In addition, this roasting process allows the aromatic substances to develop very well and enables a distinctive taste experience. Due to the 20% Robusta content, this coffee is ideal for making cappuccino, latte macchiato, café crèma and espresso.
