Costadoro

With a love of tradition and a special philosophy, Costadoro has become one of the most famous coffee roasters in Italy. From the very beginning, Costadoro has represented the philosophy that coffee can only be produced according to the rules of the art if there is thorough knowledge of the product, a constant search for the best raw materials, precise selection and the pursuit of constant improvement and innovation.

Coffee roasting since 1890

Costadoro's tradition dates back to 1890, when Commendator Oreste Beccuti opened the Costadoro coffee roastery in Turin's Via Pietro Micca. The family business soon became a good reference in the city for coffee lovers. Passion and commitment were the basic requirements for the company to develop into what it is today. Even with the company's global presence, passion and care in the production of coffee continue to be indispensable values.

The History of Costadoro Coffee

The story begins with the search for the best raw materials. Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica and Ethiopia are some of the countries of origin that Costadoro prefers. The best beans are harvested directly in the growing areas of the countries of origin and selected after special tasting, with the quality of the raw materials always being the focus. In order to obtain the full aroma of the beans, the beans from each country of origin are roasted individually. The Costadoro blends are unique because they preserve and improve the specific properties of each bean. The thorough and careful selection of the raw materials means that a distinctive aroma can develop in addition to the high-quality taste.

Passion in every single espresso cup

A cup of espresso from Costadoro is not just a simple coffee, but an intense moment of delight. There is a story behind every cup. Individually selected beans, know-how and commitment at every stage of production, experience, research and innovation as well as enthusiasm and passion form the basis for the aroma and taste of Costadoro coffees.
