The Blend Mago by Barbera is a composition of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The beans come from Costa Rica, Colombia, India, Indonesia and Honduras. The roast is dark and the aromas intense. The taste is characterized by notes of vanilla, caramel, chocolate and honey.
Slowly and gently roasted
Barbera roasts the beans very gently in Naples. Traditional handcraft is combined with modern, innovative technology to achieve the best possible roast.
