The Leggero from Blasercafé consists of 100% high-quality Arabica beans. These come from various growing regions such as Brazil, India, Ethiopia and Colombia. The beans were roasted extra light. The taste of the Leggero is sweet and fruity. Notes of apples and caramel harmonize with the sweetness of fresh pastries.

Blasercafé is a traditional company from Zurich and was founded in 1922 by Walter Blaser. Today the company is run by the 4th generation. Innovation and trends are just as important to the roastery as tradition and passion. With the Leggero, Blasercafé has created a roast that is taken out of the roasting oven a little earlier than the other blends and is therefore very light.
