• Duration of the course: 3 hours

Who is this Basic Barista Workshop aimed at?

This course is aimed at all coffee fans who have always wanted to use a portafilter machine and/or are thinking about buying one. Previous knowledge is not required, but it is not a hindrance either. Interesting for anyone who has a machine at home and still needs help using it.

The following content awaits the participants:

• introduction round
• Basics on espresso (history, green coffee, processing, roasting, preparation)
• Process of making an espresso on a portafilter machine
• Grinder Setup, setting the right grind, brewing ratio
• Correct milk frothing and introduction to latte art
• machine cleaning and care

Note: Bringing your own machine and/or mill is possible after prior arrangement.
