Provided that the preparation is carried out with the same level of expertise as the production, the Danesi Classico beans guarantee a real treat. The espresso brewed from them exudes a wonderfully aromatic scent. Its taste is lusciously full-bodied and has a lasting density. Added to this is the outstanding stability of the crema, which is thanks to the 20% Robusta content. It has a pleasant texture that pampers the palate with soft foam. An espresso made from Danesi Classico beans tastes just as good after a meal as it does as a drink between meals.
