The Crema Classica from the Caffè Borbone roastery consists of half high-quality Arabica beans and the other half of fine Robusta beans. The coffee beans are medium roasted and have fine acids. The balance of the Crema Classica is particularly outstanding; the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness has been found! Thanks to the high proportion of Robusta beans, the crema of the espresso is impressive, and is wonderfully creamy and long-lasting.

Noble taste of dark chocolate and toasted bread

The beans are particularly suitable for preparation in a fully automatic machine, but they can also be prepared in a portafilter or stovetop pot. Caffè Borbone describes the advantages of the Crema Classica as its noble taste, intense aroma and strong character.
