The Italian blend of Mein Espresso consists of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans, which come from the highland regions of Central and South America. The coffee beans are roasted slowly in a gentle roasting process and gradually acquire their full and intense aroma. The dark roasting of the beans gives the espresso from De Koffiemann its particularly strong flavor. Its intense, full-bodied taste, paired with a light note of chocolate, makes Mein Espresso from De Koffiemann the perfect morning companion. This espresso is therefore ideal for preparation in a fully automatic machine, a portafilter machine or ground in a mocha pot.

For the Love of Coffee
At De Koffiemann, the love of coffee is still very important: the roastery uses a particularly gentle roasting process in the roasting drum, where the beans are heated slowly and at a low temperature. This way, all the aromas of the coffee beans are gradually released and can develop their full flavor.
