Gentle roasting

Lucaffé roasts its carefully selected coffee beans using the traditional Italian roasting method in a rotating drum. The beans are roasted very gently and slowly, which helps to develop the aroma as best as possible. This means that only the best beans end up in your cup for a full-bodied espresso.
