This single origin combines the best of two worlds – the best Arabica beans from Costa Rica and the Sardinian roasting art of La Tazza D'Oro.
As the name suggests, the beans come exclusively from one growing region in Costa Rica. This is the canton of Naranjo, which is not only known for its picturesque valleys, but also for its fabulous coffee.

These three components shape the magnificent taste of Costa Rica.
Pamper your palate with the aromas of honey and apricots, which leave delicate notes of chocolate and citrus in the finish. Also characteristic of this single origin is its balanced, elegant acidity, which leaves a pleasant mouthfeel.
Thanks to the particularly slow drum roasting of 30 minutes, the beans can perfectly develop their diverse aromas.

The Costa Rica comes in a beautiful tin that not only looks good, but also protects its aroma perfectly. When the beans are filled, a small amount of nitrogen is added to the tin, which allows the roasted beans to ripen in the tin without any loss of aroma.
The Costa Rica turns out best when you prepare it in a fully automatic machine or a portafilter machine.
