The Fairlangen Café Crème consists of 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. The beans come from Mexico, India and Honduras. The cultivation is organic and the trade is fair. The taste of the coffee is very balanced and pleasantly low in acid. Notes of brown sugar and dried fruit characterize its aroma.

Rösterei Langen trades fairly and grows organically

The Fairlangen is - as the name suggests - fairly traded and organic. The Langen coffee roastery has been working with small communities of coffee farmers for over 20 years. The coffee growers cultivate their soil and plants in a controlled and organic manner. The roastery itself inspects the growing areas in Mexico, Honduras, Ethiopia and Tanzania several times a year. This allows it to assess the quality of the beans and the fair conditions itself.
