The Nivona NIVO 8112 fully automatic coffee machine combines modern design with innovative technology, enabling high-quality coffee enjoyment every day. Thanks to intuitive operation and automatic programs, every coffee specialty is prepared conveniently and reliably – from strong espresso to creamy cappuccino. Six preset beverage programs offer quick access to popular classics such as espresso, coffee, Americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato, and café au lait. Preparation is conveniently done via the OneTouch function.

Individual taste thanks to the Aroma Balance System

With its integrated Aroma Balance System, the fully automatic coffee machine optimally adjusts the brewing process to the coffee beans used. Five different aroma profiles control the extraction time and flow rate – from mild to intense. Additionally, coffee strength, temperature, grind size, and beverage volume can be individually adjusted. This results in a perfectly tailored cup of coffee, perfectly suited to personal preferences.

User-friendly operation and individual coffee profiles

The machine is controlled via a clear TFT color display with an intuitive rotary and push-button control. This allows for easy selection of beverages, settings, and maintenance programs. For maximum personalization, up to nine individual coffee variations can be saved. The fully automatic coffee machine can also be connected to the NIVONA app via Bluetooth.

High-quality technology and easy cleaning

Inside, a modern "RomaticoPlus" brewing unit ensures optimal extraction of the coffee's over 800 aromas. A high-quality conical burr grinder made of hardened steel grinds the beans evenly and exceptionally quietly. Automatic rinsing, cleaning, and descaling programs simplify maintenance. The brewing unit is also removable and can be conveniently cleaned under running water.
