Slightly sweet taste experience

The Top 100% Arabica from Pellini consists, as the name suggests, of 100% of the best Arabica beans from Central and South America. Thanks to the medium roast, the espresso is very mild and creamy with a noble and long-lasting taste. The fruity aromas give the espresso a slight sweetness. The flavor-bearing acidity is restrained in this balanced blend of pure Arabica beans. As is usual for Pellini, the beans are roasted slowly and gently by hand in the rotating drum. The temperature is controlled and they are naturally air-cooled. This removes the bitter substances and gives you a harmonious espresso. This process also supports the perfect development of the aromas and an excellent taste.

First class

The Top 100% Arabica is considered Pellini's prestige line. The Top line from Pellini is a suitable option for avoiding the usual Robusta content of Italian espressos. The coffee is particularly impressive with its velvety and compact crema, whose hazelnut brown color creates a great overall picture with the dark espresso. Bisher immer Pellini vivace No 82…

Bisher immer Pellini vivace No 82 gehabt und begeistert gewesen. Wollte aber mal auch was anderes testen. Und ich muss sagen: alles richtig gemacht. Kommt in meiner Siemens EQ6 sehr gut raus, nicht zu stark aber trotzdem voller Kaffeegeschmack.

Ich hatte schon eine Bewertung abgegeben. Jetzt habe ich den 50/50 Mix mit Pellini Cremoso No 9 und Vivace N82 endlich ausprobiert. Einfach lecker. Preis/Leistung einfach unschlagbar. Man muss schon deutlich über 20€/kg ausgeben, um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Aber da bietet Pellini mit seinem TOP (100% Arabica) ja auch gleich das passende Produkt. Aber wie schon mal erwähnt, im Vollautomaten immer im Robusta Mix, zumindest bei Jura unter 2k €. Als Espresso und für Latte Macchiato ist der TOP eine Wucht. Für andere Kaffeegetränke nehme ich den o.g. 50/50 Mix. Einfach mal ausprobieren. Erst beide pur und dann mal mischen. Evtl. ergibt sich ja eine andere Kombination. Ich bin bei der 50/50 (welche ich aus einem KaffeeBlog UK hatte) geblieben; allein schon wegen der Bezugseinheiten. (Packungsinhalt) Viel Spaß. PS: auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Bohnengröße wird man beim Mahlgrad einen Kompromiss eingehen müssen. Das war dann auch der Grund, warum ich den beiden nicht noch etwas TOP beigemengt hatte.
