The Blend Top from Pellini, as the name suggests, consists of 100% fine Arabica beans. These come from Central and South America. The harmonious roasted aromas have notes of chocolate. The espresso is particularly gentle and mild due to its medium roast and has a pleasant acidity. The coffee is very gentle because the bitter substances have been removed from the Arabica beans through a slow, hand-roasting process in a rotating drum.
