The house's fine blend was created in 1979 by Antonio Zichittella for the 50th anniversary of the Zicaffè roastery and was actually only intended for the anniversary year. But due to its great popularity and unique taste, it is still available today. 70% of the finest Arabica coffee beans from Brazil and Central America and 30% carefully selected Robusta coffee beans are used for this blend. The careful roasting combines the provenances into a unique composition. This espresso has a wonderful, round aroma and a velvety crema.
