Vee Kaffee
Hans-Wolfram Tismer's small coffee roasting company Vee's is located in Munich. What started as a hobby developed into the Tismer family's passion. Triggered by Mrs. Tismer's enthusiasm for baking cakes and tarts, the first coffee blends were roasted in a popcorn machine with a hot air blower around 1999. A new drum roaster, professional support, a lot of hard work and effort are the basis on which the coffee blends are gradually born. Within a short time, the Tismer couple managed to be named a "recommended roasting company" in Germany by the magazine "Der Feinschmecker".

Vee's blends are exclusively of the highest quality. Only hand-selected gourmet coffee beans from the best locations on various continents are used. The Grand Cru beans from the high mountain regions are ideal for careful, intense and aromatic roasting. To achieve the highest quality coffee, the beans are only roasted in small batches. For selected blends, the coffee varieties are even roasted individually so that the distinctive flavor profile can develop.

During the roasting process, the Tismer family ensures that the incomparable aroma develops and the result is an espresso with significantly less acidity, more fullness and a long-lasting taste. In general, many coffees have a high acid content; the long and intensive roasting breaks down the acids and, depending on the variety, creates intense aromas.

The Tismer family takes care of all the processes from the selection of raw materials to roasting and packaging with passion. The excellent fullness, intense and complex sweet aromas of the coffees characterize the various blends. The Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee from Vee is particularly noteworthy. The coffee made from these high-quality beans is very harmonious and balanced.
