The Monsooned Malabar from Allvendo is a blend of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans. The overall aroma is very nutty, and the body is full-bodied and heavy. The crema is also very fine. This Allvendo classic is versatile and can more than showcase its diverse flavors. We recommend preparing it with a portafilter machine, a moka pot, or a fully automatic coffee machine.

A coffee with character and history

The fine coffee beans were treated using the special monsooning process. This involves exposing the raw beans to the monsoon rains and winds in open warehouses. The beans were then roasted using the traditional drum roasting technique. The result? A distinctive taste experience with low acidity, a full body, and nuances of chocolate and earthy spice.
