Balanced taste

The Classico from Bialetti is made from a 1:1 ratio of Robusta to Arabica beans of Colombian origin. This gives the espresso a velvety-soft taste that delights with balanced sweet and sour components. The medium roasted beans develop floral notes with hints of dried fruit.

Excelso coffee from Colombia

This espresso is something very special because it is made from Excelso coffee. Excelso is a quality designation that only applies to Colombian coffees and highland coffees. This classification refers exclusively to the size of the beans and thus to the quality of the coffee. In terms of taste, the Excelso impresses with its high acidity, which in turn is rounded off by nutty, sweet aromas. This makes this coffee particularly mild and harmonious.
