The Cortina from Bristot is a strong espresso blend and consists of 50% Arabica beans and a high 50% Robusta beans. The espresso is full-bodied, intense and spicy. The taste is woody, tart and yet beautifully soft. The Cortina can be enjoyed perfectly as an espresso thanks to the stable crema. It is followed by a chocolatey note.
