The coffee farmers in the west of the state of Minas Gerais have joined forces to create the Cerrado Mineiro region. This region and its coffee farmers stand for the traceability of their coffee beans, as well as cultivation at altitudes between 1,120 and 1,200 meters. Constant development and respectful treatment of the environment are also at the forefront of their actions, and have been for more than 30 years.

The pure Arabica beans, which can be traced back to the harvest date, give the coffee a sweet, slightly nutty aroma with fine citrus notes. The smooth, velvety body rounds off the coffee experience.
