Since 1979, Torrefazione Izzo has been roasting coffee beans in the Neapolitan style: dark, careful and slow. But the company does not only place great value on selected beans and gentle roasting. The packaging of the Izzo Napoletano (Silver) is also impressive: the development of an innovative coffee can, similar to that of the well-known roaster Illy, was a great success. The can, equipped with a special aroma filter, seals the beans and ensures that they do not lose their flavor. When you open the can, you are greeted by a wonderfully soft and pleasant bouquet and the scent of roasted coffee beans.

The Miscela Izzo Napoletano (Silver): not Italian, but Neapolitan
It is almost a pure Arabica blend that Izzo has put together with the Espresso Izzo Napoletano (Silver). The espresso contains 95% Arabica from the best growing regions. The exclusive Arabica coffee bean ensures harmonious flavor nuances. The small Robusta content gives the coffee additional body.
The aroma of the high-quality blend impresses with an intense, slightly spicy and full-bodied aroma. It has a medium fruity note and is crowned by a dense crema.

The Espresso Blend Izzo Napoletano (Silver) is suitable for preparing espresso, latte macchiato and cappuccino. It was awarded “Best Italian Espresso 2016/2017” in Rimini in 2016.
