Balanced espresso

For this blend, the traditional roasting company from Naples uses Asian and Central American coffee beans. 70% fine Arabica coffee beans from various origins are combined with 30% Robusta beans. Robusta beans are often characterized by a strong, slightly bitter finish and provide a distinctive taste and more crema in the cup. And yet they are crucial to the taste of so many blends. In this blend, too, Kimbo has combined a perfect interplay of Arabica beans and Robusta beans in one blend. The careful processing and the precise, medium-dark roasting produce an espresso with a delicate taste, rich aroma and intense notes of pastries, flowers and hazelnut. A balanced caffè with a fine, typical fruity note of Central American Arabicas.

The Kimbo Prestige Espresso is suitable for many areas. In addition to preparation in a fully automatic coffee machine, this blend is particularly suitable for preparation in a portafilter machine or moka pot. The Kimbo Prestige also impresses as an espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato.
