The Sulawesi from Langen Kaffee consists of 75% Arabica beans and 25% Robusta beans. The Arabica beans from the Indonesian island of Sulawesi are very aromatic in combination with the Arabica beans from Brazil. The intense, strong Robusta from India intensifies the taste experience. Notes of herbs, bitter cocoa and nutty nougat create a tender, sweet pleasure. The crema is rich and velvety in texture.
