The crema and aroma are not only evident in the name. Thanks to the high Robusta content of 60%, it is not only a creamy sight when prepared as an espresso, but also has an exceptional crema. The hazelnut-brown crema is particularly long-lasting and stable. The intensity was rated 8 out of 10 on the Lavazza scale, making it one of the more intense varieties. The beans were roasted to a medium intensity and in the taste test gave an aromatic mouthfeel with light chocolate nuances.
