The Moak Single Origin Santos is grown and harvested in the highlands of the Alta Mogiana and Cerrado regions under the Brazilian sun. The harvest takes place between May and September. After the coffee beans have been mechanically washed, they are dried in the sun. The result is an excellent single origin highland coffee that is the perfect base for a real Italian espresso.

The Single Origin Santos consists of 100% Arabica beans. The espresso is characterized by a full body and fruity notes. In the cup, the Santos is rather malty, with a pleasant acidity in the finish. The espresso ends harmoniously with nuances of vanilla and cocoa. The Single Origin impresses with its quality and the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
