The Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is a coffee for gourmets who love this light, elegant and fine taste. And so the Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is also an excellent blend of the best green coffee. With the Mokaflor Chiaroscuro, Gianni Bernini therefore takes his own individual path to achieve the best quality.

In order to find the perfect rounded taste, he uses only selected and hand-picked Arabica coffee beans from the growing areas of Costa Rica - the Touron Arabica variety with its fine vanilla note, the Antigua Pastores variety from Guatemala with its fine chocolate notes, the low-acid coffee beans from the highlands of Mexico, the full-bodied and powerful Santos from Brazil and the Sidamo coffee beans from Ethiopia for the spicy aroma. This blend is only perfected by the slow and individual roasting of each bean variety in the rotating drum, which takes between 15 and 18 minutes at a consistent temperature.

And so the Mokaflor Chiaroscuro presents itself as a mild, soft coffee with a harmonious, soft taste. Due to the pure Arabica blend, the crema formation is not too pronounced. However, as a coffee without milk and sugar, the Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is a poem.
