Neapolitan roast

Kimbo Caffè: Now widely known
In a city where almost everyone practices art and passes it on to others, the special talent and instinct of some stands out. The best example is the Rubino brothers. In 1963 they founded the company that gave rise to the Kimbo brand, which has now become Kimbo SpA.
The Rubino brothers were not born industrialists, but coffeehouse owners and assisted their father in the business, the bar and the pastry shop. The reputation of their espressos quickly spread outside their district. The extremely good image of the coffee attracted numerous espresso lovers. The brand became better known and the owners continued to implement new ideas to bring the pleasure of Neapolitan espresso to all bars and households around the world.
