caramel and chocolate
The Armonioso from Bendinelli consists of 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. The Arabica beans come from South America and India, the Robusta beans from India. The coffee is full-bodied and low in acid. Notes of caramel and chocolate characterize the taste of the Armonioso.
Chocolate
The Intenso from Bendinelli consists of 40% Arabica beans and 60% Robusta beans. It is full-bodied and intense. The high Robusta content gives it a very strong taste, but the finish is soft, round and very low in acid. The aroma is sweet due to the dominant note of chocolate. The crema formation is very fine.
