Intense aromas

The Bialetti Perfetto Moka Vanilla consists of 80% Robusta and 20% Arabica beans. The carefully selected beans come from tropical altitudes above 1000 m. Roasting is carried out using the traditional Italian method to a medium roast level and promotes intense aromas. The grind is perfectly tailored to preparation in a mocha pot, but the Bialetti Perfetto Moka Vanilla also tastes good as a classic filter coffee or from a French press.

Bialetti gives the Vanilla an 8/10 on the in-house intensity scale, meaning it is a strong taste experience. In keeping with this, the result in the cup also has a strong body. The intense vanilla aroma is due to the selection of beans and the addition of vanilla extract.
