The Italian almond-flavored Amaretti biscuits from Forno Bonomi are ideal as an accompaniment to cappuccino, espresso or as a snack in between meals. The small, round, golden-brown Amaretti biscuits look perfect on the saucer of the coffee specialty and also make a perfect decoration when dipped in milk foam.

Bonomi near Verona

For generations, Bonomi has been producing these small, crispy amaretti according to a traditional recipe at its site in the Lessinia Nature Park, near Verona. The company places particular emphasis on natural ingredients and selects them carefully. The closeness to nature is also reflected in the careful processing and the Italian passion that goes into each individual amaretti.

Ingredients: Sugar, apricot kernels 15%, egg white , corn flour , wheat flour, rice flour, whole wheat flour , raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium carbonate), natural flavourings. May contain traces of milk, almonds and soya.
