Caffè Borbone is a Neapolitan roastery that still roasts traditional coffees in the southern Italian metropolis today. The Miscela Blu is a typical southern Italian blend with a Robusta content of 40%. In the cup, this creates a velvety texture with a rich crema on the espresso. The creamy texture works perfectly in combination with milk or milk alternatives, for example in a delicious cappuccino or latte macchiato.

Whole bean, very flexible

The bag with 1 kg of whole beans opens up many possibilities for preparation with the right grinder. Perfect espresso from the portafilter machine is possible with the Miscela Blu from Caffè Borbone, just like the more modest version from the mocha pot or stovetop jug, which is more commonly used at home in Italy.
