The Miscela Rossa can be prepared well in a portafilter machine, in a fully automatic machine or in a stovetop pot. The beans were roasted to a medium strength in Naples by the traditional roasting company Caffè Borbone. The roasting company has been dedicated to the art of coffee roasting since the 18th century and composes typical Neapolitan espressos! The Miscela Rossa can be used to prepare a delicious espresso, but also a good, creamy cappuccino.
