Cold Brew Pot Mizudashi

The Mizudashi cold brew pot from the Japanese quality manufacturer Hario enables easy and convenient preparation of cold brew coffee, tea or even hot coffee. The design is very simple but well thought out. The pot has a measuring scale on the front for orientation. Cold brew coffee hardly develops any bitterness or acidity due to the cold water and is therefore a wonderful refreshment, ideal for hot days! The fine sieve reliably holds back the coffee grounds and thus ensures a clear taste experience. Cleaning the removable sieve is very easy as the cap on the bottom can be unscrewed. You can simply remove the sieve for serving.

To prepare the coffee, we recommend filling the filter with 80g of coarsely ground fresh coffee, placing it in the pot filled with water and then leaving it to brew in the fridge for a good eight hours.
